This multi-view postcard features the beautiful capital city of Thailand, Bangkok. Here are a few trivia about this beautiful place, according to Mr. Wiki:

• it is also known as Krung Thep Maha Nakhon or simply Krung Thep, which translates to “City of Angles”
• it is also the largest urban city of the country
• it is formerly called Siam
• among its numerous attractions that draw a large number of tourists each year, are: Vimanmek Palace Complex, Grand Palace + Wat Arun
• it is sub-divided into 50 districts or what the locals called khet

This lovely postcard was sent to me by fellow Postcrossing Enthusiasts member, Cheerful, who blogs at PostCrossing MoM. I particularly look forward to receiving cards from her, apart from sending all those beautiful postcards, she also makes it a point to fill the other side of the card with lovely messages + fun trivia about the place.
