I got this maxi card a few months back from one of my dear friends online + my kumare {am not sure if there is an exact translation for this word in English, but simply put, she is the mother of my godson}.
The majestic Mayon Volcano postcard + the matching stamp was sent to me last April. This is one of the few maxi cards in my collection, so I really consider this a treasure! 🙂
Here are a few interesting facts you may not know about Mayon Volcano:
- it is also known as Mount Mayon
- it is the main landmark of Albay
- is world-renowned for its perfect cone, thanks to its symmetric conical shape
- it was proclaimed as Mayon Volcano National Park in 2000
