I got this beautiful surprise in the mail recently. It was sent by a fellow Postcrossing Enthusiasts member who was recently in Singapore.
This postcard depicts the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum which is situated in the heart of Chinatown. This is both a house of worship for Buddha devotees and a museum of Buddha artifacts.
According to Kat, this is one of her fave places in Singapore and everything here is made of gold! I am wondering whether the bolts, studs and t-nuts used to build this temple are also made of gold. :-))
I also love the turtle stamp that Kat used for my card!
Thank you for this beautiful card. I will make sure to include this in my itinerary if and when I visit Singapore one day.
