This is a beautiful postcard of a lighthouse located at a cliff near the shoreline of Lake Superior, in Michigan.
Here’s what Mr. Wiki has to say about this astounding work of nature:
Lake Superior (Lac Supérieur in French) is the largest of the five Great Lakes of North America. It is bounded by Ontario + Minnesota {north}, and by Wisconsin and Michigan {to the south}. It is considered the largest freshwater lake in the world by surface area + is the world’s third-largest freshwater lake by volume.
I particularly like this very poignant rendering of the lighthouse + simply adore the beautiful rocks at the shoreline. Thanks, Tera + Gibson, for sending me this wonderful card^_^
My Postcard Perfect share for this week.
